Inherent within the construction of a map are the illusions of both stasis and veracity. Given the discrepancies that exist between the map and what it represents, we are never exactly where we believe ourselves to be. "Look Now Look All Around", features work by Maryland artists who utilize maps and related systems of spatial orientation, organization and demarcation to reveal what might ordinarily be invisible or overlooked. Curated by Dawn Gavin. Artists include Susan Main, Brian Garner, Foon Sham, Jefferson Pinder, Julie Jankowski, Beverly Ress, Lillian Bayley Hoover, Anna Fine Foer, Lynn Cazabon, Renee van der Stelt, Emily Hunter and Timothy Horjus.
